Customers are billed semiannually

• Base Charge: $779.78 semiannually ($389.89  for Standby customers)
• Reserve Fee: $50.00 semiannually ($25 for Standby customers)
• Tier 1 Volume Charge: 0-10,000 Gallons – $0.69/Thousand Gallons
• Tier 2 Volume Charge: 10,001 – 20,000 Gallons – $1.38/Thousand Gallons
• Tier 3 Volume Charge: 20,001 and up – $2.07/Thousand Gallons
• Connection Fee: $7,500
